FLT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRTAC1, RAD23A, and SSRP1. Each is linked with FLT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT3-to-partner and partner-to-FLT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRTAC1 grouped by FLT3-low versus FLT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
