FLT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, INPP4B, and ATM. Each is linked with FLT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT3-to-partner and partner-to-FLT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by FLT3-low versus FLT3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
