Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,984 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of sodium ion transmembrane transporter activity, Regulation of sodium ion transmembrane transporter activity, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions. Each is linked with FLT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT3-to-partner and partner-to-FLT3 results are reported.
