FLT1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLT1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,721 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCF1, NCF4, and MMP8. Each is linked with FLT1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT1P1-to-partner and partner-to-FLT1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLT1P1 versus NCF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
