Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLT1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,765 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell migration, Regulation of peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation, and Regulation of endocytosis. Each is linked with FLT1P1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT1P1-to-partner and partner-to-FLT1P1 results are reported.
