FLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 605 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, CPN1, and FLG2. Each is linked with FLT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT1-to-partner and partner-to-FLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by FLT1-low versus FLT1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
