FLRT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLRT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOC2L, MIR4747, and TTLL12. Each is linked with FLRT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLRT3-to-partner and partner-to-FLRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOC2L grouped by FLRT3-low versus FLRT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
