FLRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13G1, GOLGA6L6, and MT1B. Each is linked with FLRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLRT2-to-partner and partner-to-FLRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
