Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FLRT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FLRT1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher FLRT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FLRT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, COAD, and UVM are the cancer types where FLRT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
