Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FLOT2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FLOT2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher FLOT2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FLOT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where FLOT2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
