FLNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA0895, RWDD4, and ZWINT. Each is linked with FLNA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLNA-to-partner and partner-to-FLNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
