FLII

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLII RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,949 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLII-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1C, PTPN12, and LLGL1. Each is linked with FLII in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLII-to-partner and partner-to-FLII results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLII versus MYO1C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLII→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLII) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
