FLII

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLII protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLII-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRFIP1, PTAFR, and ANXA2. Each is linked with FLII in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLII-to-partner and partner-to-FLII results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLII versus LRRFIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLII→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLII) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
