FLII

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLII mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,582 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLII-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCRIP2, BLOC1S2, and CPNE1. Each is linked with FLII in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLII-to-partner and partner-to-FLII results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCRIP2 grouped by FLII-low versus FLII-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLII→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLII) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
