FLII

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLII mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLII-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with FLII in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLII-to-partner and partner-to-FLII results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by FLII-low versus FLII-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLII→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLII) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
