FLII

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLII mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLII-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR6, TAAR6, and KCNK16. Each is linked with FLII in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLII-to-partner and partner-to-FLII results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR6 grouped by FLII-low versus FLII-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLII→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLII) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
