FLAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP4, TAF9, and DHODH. Each is linked with FLAD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLAD1-to-partner and partner-to-FLAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIP4 grouped by FLAD1-low versus FLAD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
