FLAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erythrocytes, Th2 cells, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with FLAD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLAD1-to-partner and partner-to-FLAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Erythrocytes grouped by FLAD1-low versus FLAD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
