FLAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,892 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBQLN4, PRCC, and ISG20L2. Each is linked with FLAD1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLAD1-to-partner and partner-to-FLAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FLAD1 versus UBQLN4 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
