The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher FKTN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FKTN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where FKTN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
