FKTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF2, CASP4, and EPS15_S221. Each is linked with FKTN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKTN-to-partner and partner-to-FKTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FKTN versus TRAF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
