FKTN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKTN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,154 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB1, CSF3R, and MXI1. Each is linked with FKTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKTN-to-partner and partner-to-FKTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FKTN versus STAB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
