Across TCGA cell cohorts, FKTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,719 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKTN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with FKTN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKTN-to-partner and partner-to-FKTN results are reported.
