FKBP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRR1, UQCRH, and BNIP3. Each is linked with FKBP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP9-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRR1 grouped by FKBP9-low versus FKBP9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
