FKBP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5583-1, MIR8067, and RN7SL341P. Each is linked with FKBP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP8-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5583-1 grouped by FKBP8-low versus FKBP8-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
