FKBP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA12P1, OAZ1, and NME1-NME2. Each is linked with FKBP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP7-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA12P1 grouped by FKBP7-low versus FKBP7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
