Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FKBP4P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FKBP4P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher FKBP4P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FKBP4P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and HNSC show a favorable association.

DLBC, LAML, and ACC are the cancer types where FKBP4P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
