FKBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC21P, RNU6-193P, and RNU7-2P. Each is linked with FKBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP3-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC21P grouped by FKBP3-low versus FKBP3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
