Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and AMPK_pT172. Each is linked with FKBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP3-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP3 results are reported.
