FITM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FITM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,740 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FITM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCU, ABRAXAS2, and EP300. Each is linked with FITM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FITM2-to-partner and partner-to-FITM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FITM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FITM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
