FIGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6130, ZIC2, and STAU2P1. Each is linked with FIGN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIGN-to-partner and partner-to-FIGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6130 grouped by FIGN-low versus FIGN-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
