FIGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 647 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMU, DNAJC16, and WRAP73. Each is linked with FIGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIGN-to-partner and partner-to-FIGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMU grouped by FIGN-low versus FIGN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
