FIG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,954 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM136A, GLYCAM1, and IMP4. Each is linked with FIG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIG4-to-partner and partner-to-FIG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM136A grouped by FIG4-low versus FIG4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
