FIG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,428 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, Phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate biosynthetic process, and Hair follicle placode formation. Each is linked with FIG4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIG4-to-partner and partner-to-FIG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process grouped by FIG4-low versus FIG4-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
