FIG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT, SMYD1, and C16orf92. Each is linked with FIG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIG4-to-partner and partner-to-FIG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTMT grouped by FIG4-low versus FIG4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
