FIBCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIBCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,214 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIBCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFV2, CCNC, and RTCA. Each is linked with FIBCD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIBCD1-to-partner and partner-to-FIBCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFV2 grouped by FIBCD1-low versus FIBCD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIBCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIBCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
