FHP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1183P, LINC01568, and RN7SL74P. Each is linked with FHP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHP1-to-partner and partner-to-FHP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1183P grouped by FHP1-low versus FHP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
