Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHOD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,974 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHOD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANTXR1, ITGAV, and CRTAP. Each is linked with FHOD3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHOD3-to-partner and partner-to-FHOD3 results are reported.
