FHOD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHOD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,733 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, TGFBI, and EPHB2. Each is linked with FHOD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHOD3-to-partner and partner-to-FHOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FHOD3 versus DSE in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
