FHOD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHOD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO2, TSPY26P, and SURF4. Each is linked with FHOD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHOD3-to-partner and partner-to-FHOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ESCO2 grouped by FHOD3-low versus FHOD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
