Across TCGA cell cohorts, FHOD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 747 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT2, CHST1, and ZNF20. Each is linked with FHOD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHOD3-to-partner and partner-to-FHOD3 results are reported.
