FHOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FH, NARS1, and CXXC1. Each is linked with FHOD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHOD1-to-partner and partner-to-FHOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FH grouped by FHOD1-low versus FHOD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
