FHOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, PCNA, and YAP_pS127. Each is linked with FHOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHOD1-to-partner and partner-to-FHOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by FHOD1-low versus FHOD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
