FHL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with FHL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHL5-to-partner and partner-to-FHL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by FHL5-low versus FHL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
