FHL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548A3, RNA5SP411, and IMP3P2. Each is linked with FHL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHL3-to-partner and partner-to-FHL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
