Across TCGA cell cohorts, FHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,289 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of atrial cardiac muscle cell membrane depolarization, Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, and Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with FHL1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHL1-to-partner and partner-to-FHL1 results are reported.
