FHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRA8, USP29, and RNASE9. Each is linked with FHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHL1-to-partner and partner-to-FHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STRA8 grouped by FHL1-low versus FHL1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
