FHIT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHIT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL601P, HRAS, and ACD. Each is linked with FHIT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHIT-to-partner and partner-to-FHIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
