FHDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,417 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RN7SL18P, and UQCRC1. Each is linked with FHDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-FHDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by FHDC1-low versus FHDC1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
