Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FHAD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FHAD1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher FHAD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FHAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
TGCT, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where FHAD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
